Return Request Form

Please complete this form before sending your item back. Returns that arrive without a completed Return Request may not be processed.

Before you return, please note:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service, as we can only process a refund once the parcel arrives.
Please write your order number on or inside the parcel.
Once your return arrives, it is inspected against our return criteria. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
