Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at info@livinglx.com. Please include your order number in your request.
After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and all accessories

Return Shipping Costs

How to Return an Item

2. Package the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
3. Ship the Return
Send the item using the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the recommended carrier or your preferred shipping method.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Exchanges

We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either:

- Send a replacement at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
