GoldenSwan Gooseneck Faucet

The gooseneck shape exists because tall vessels exist. The high, curved spout on the GoldenSwan rises around 300 millimetres in total with roughly 215 millimetres of clearance beneath it, which is the difference between filling a stockpot or a tall vase comfortably and tilting it under a low spout while water runs down your wrist. It also happens to look like a design piece, which is not an accident.

The finish is aged antique brass, a warm patina with corrosion protection built into it rather than a coating that will flake off around the handle. Underneath sits a solid brass body and a long-life ceramic valve, the two components that decide whether a tap still feels tight after five years or starts to weep from the base. Installation is single-hole with a single handle, which keeps the visible hardware minimal.

It suits vintage, farmhouse and eclectic kitchens and bathrooms, and it has become a favourite for bar sinks, garden sinks and outdoor prep stations. One important note before ordering: this is a single-line faucet designed for a cold-water connection and it does not mix hot and cold, which makes it ideal for bar, laundry, garden and secondary basins rather than a main kitchen sink.
